Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of reveles.zentoramarketing.com and any related services we provide online (together, the "Site"). The Site is operated by Reveles Roofing ("Reveles Roofing", "we", "us", "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

What this site is

The Site is an informational marketing website for our business, serving Dallas and Fort Worth. It lets you learn about our work and contact us to request an estimate. The Site itself is not a contract for services.

Estimates and project work

Any pricing, timeline, scope, or feasibility information shared on the Site or in early conversations is general guidance, not a quote. Pricing for your project is established only in a written, signed agreement between you and Reveles Roofing. Work proceeds only under that signed agreement, which controls in case of any conflict with content on the Site.

Acceptable use

When you use the Site you agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or break the Site or its hosting.
• Scrape content for republication, training data, or competing services without our written permission.
• Submit false contact information or impersonate someone else.
• Use the Site to send unlawful, harassing, or harmful material.

Intellectual property

All photographs, project galleries, written content, logos, and design elements on the Site are owned by Reveles Roofing or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. No warranty on site content

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Reveles Roofing is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US $100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold Reveles Roofing harmless from any claim arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the business operates, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute related to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts for that location, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
